At DIVEIN we want you to love your dive gear. For all diving products we offer a 15-day return window — from the day you receive your order, you can request a return and refund as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and comes with all accessories and packaging.

Dive housings are different. A dive housing (underwater camera housing) is precision equipment. Because water damage is almost always caused by human error, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on a housing that has failed due to human-related issues — such as incorrect assembly, sand or debris on the O-ring seal, an unlatched clip, or impact damage. Please understand this is not a defect we can take back.

Important — check before every dive. Before you ever take a housing underwater, inspect it carefully: make sure the O-ring is clean and free of sand or hair, properly lubricated, seated without twists, and that every latch is fully closed. One careful check prevents one expensive flood. A few minutes of inspection protects gear that costs far more than the dive.
