Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it carefully. If the issue turns out to be a defect on our side — a genuine product problem — we’ll process your refund promptly. If the problem is caused by human-related factors, we won’t issue a refund; instead, we’ll repair the item and send it back to you.

Throughout the whole process, we welcome open and ongoing communication between us. Ask us anything at any time. Because international shipping is costly, if you ever run into an issue it’s always best to contact us first — we can use video calls, photos, and other methods to help you identify and resolve the problem together, often without needing to ship anything back and forth.

At DIVEIN we want you to love your dive gear. For all diving products we offer a 15-day return window — from the day you receive your order, you can request a return and refund as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and comes with all accessories and packaging.

Dive housings are different. A dive housing (underwater camera housing) is precision equipment. Because water damage is almost always caused by human error, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on a housing that has failed due to human-related issues — such as incorrect assembly, sand or debris on the O-ring seal, an unlatched clip, or impact damage. Please understand this is not a defect we can take back.

Important — check before every dive. Before you ever take a housing underwater, inspect it carefully: make sure the O-ring is clean and free of sand or hair, properly lubricated, seated without twists, and that every latch is fully closed. One careful check prevents one expensive flood. A few minutes of inspection protects gear that costs far more than the dive.
